Instructions:

1. Wash the fruit and cut it into small pieces about 15x15mm. (For fruit with stone, hard material, thick skin or hard shell, remove it first)

2. Put in fruit, about 60% of the cup body, add 20% water or milk, make the total amount about 80% of the cup body capacity.

3. Tighten the cup cap, invert the cup body, start the switch, etc. after the motor rotates, put it in position. When working, shake the juice cup gently, the effect of juicing is better.

4. After the juicing is finished, turn off the power switch and unscrew the cup cap for drinking. If there is too much fruit residue, please use filter before drinking.

Fault analysis and solution:

1. Can't turn on, the signal light doesn't turn on. The cup body and the frame are not tightened.

2. The red light is always on during use. Insufficient electricity; timely charging.

3. When in use, stop the machine and the green light flashes. After 90 seconds of load, stop protection; restart.

4. When in use, stop the machine and the red light flashes. The motor is locked; after removing the hard object, restart.

5. Leakage. Insufficient assembly of silicone rubber rings; reassembly of silicone rubber pads.



Notes:

This product is a special fresh juice press. It can not grind nuts or legumes directly. Direct grinding will affect the life of the product.

For our USA based customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 7 - 15 days excluding weekends. If your package is marked delivered by the USPS, and you do not receive the package, you will need to contact the local post office who has marked it delivered. We will not refund orders that are marked delivered.

For other international customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 10 - 18 days excluding weekends.

Delivery doesn't require signature.

- Fast Shipping - DHL : 

Orders are processed within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 5 - 10 business days, weekends are not included.

Tracking Info: You will receive the tracking number and shipping status within 24 hours of your purchase. Weekends/holidays are not included.

Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

 

When will I receive tracking information:

For standard shipment, within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return it. Some items are eligible for return if they are:

  • un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
  • received within 10 days to the date it was delivered or purchased

Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking for the package, for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. There will also be a re-stocking fee on certain items.

We cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange your item because of limited availability. However, if we are able to, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. 

Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. If you find any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of it's arrival, or buyer assumes responsibility.

The tracking status is "Label created, not yet in system", is the tracking number incorrect?

 

In this case, your package is indeed in transit. 

Due to COVID-19 there is a temporary delay, the status may not be updated in time. Please be patient with us at this time until the shipping company is able to update its status.

The tracking info shows "Status Not Available", is the tracking number incorrect?

 

Sometimes there are some delays in the logistics company update. But it is indeed on the way to transportation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

 

 

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

 

Qshoppingworld provides customers with the option to track packages. We will do our best to assist you, but Qshoppingworld does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.  

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Please take the action:

  • Verify the shipping address from your orders
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel.

You can file a claim on a package that has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Upon contacting UPS, please be prepared to provide the details about your package such as tracking number, pick-up date, and value of item(s). 

 

 

How can I track my order?

 

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Qshoppingworld account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
